Terms of booking

1. Who we are

RideIL is a booking service operated by GG Services Limited (Hong Kong). We act as a booking agent: transport is performed by licensed drivers and partner carriers in Israel whom we select. We are responsible for the booking and for arranging a replacement if the assigned car cannot come.

2. Prices

Prices on the site are per vehicle, one way unless stated, in US dollars, and include the car, the driver, fuel, Highway 6 and Carmel tunnel tolls and parking. Shekel amounts are indicative at about ₪3.10 per US$. Entrance tickets, guides (unless booked), meals and accommodation are not included. The price is confirmed in writing (booking confirmation, WhatsApp or email) before the trip; that confirmation is the contract.

3. Night, Shabbat and holiday hours

For transfers and day trips the price rises by 20% or 40% in the hours when the official Israeli taxi tariff is B or C (nights, Friday and holiday-eve evenings, Shabbat and holidays), calculated on the trip price and rounded up to $5, and shown before booking. Multi-day trips and car-with-driver days have one price for any day. No service on Yom Kippur (from 14:00 on the eve until the end of the fast).

4. Payment

Book on WhatsApp or by email and pay the driver in cash (shekels or US dollars) at the end of the trip. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup (multi-day trips: 7 days before the start). The cash part is paid to the driver in shekels or US dollars.

5. Waiting

At airports waiting starts at the actual landing time; 60 minutes are free, then $40 per started 30 minutes. At other pickups 15 minutes are free. On transfers, stops of up to 30 minutes in total are included.

6. Cancellation by you

Transfers and day trips: free, with a full refund, up to 24 hours before pickup. Multi-day trips (2 days or more): free up to 7 days before the start. Later cancellations or no-shows: the online payment is kept; for bookings without online payment we may charge up to 50% of the price.

7. Changes outside our control

If roads are closed by the authorities, for security reasons, or the driver judges a road unsafe, you choose a free new date or a refund of anything paid for the part not performed. We are not liable for flight cancellations, but we move your booking free of charge if you tell us.

8. Luggage and passengers

Tell us the number of passengers and bags; we assign a vehicle that fits. Child seats are free on request. Smoking is not allowed in the cars. Israeli law requires seat belts for every passenger.

9. Complaints

Write to us by email or WhatsApp within 7 days of the trip; we reply within 3 working days.
