How the meeting works
The day before, we send the driver's name and phone number. After passport control and baggage claim, walk out into the public arrivals hall: the driver stands with a sign with your name. If your flight is delayed, we see it — the 60 minutes of free waiting start when the plane actually lands; after that waiting is $40 per started 30 minutes.
